Bolaike Freeze-Dried Coffee Production Line
Built on two proprietary core technologies — continuous freeze-drying and low-temperature cold extraction — the Bolaike freeze-dried coffee production line breaks through the limitations of conventional batch processing.
  • The low-temperature cold extraction process retains over 90% of the coffee's native aromatic compounds, achieving an extraction concentration of 40%–45%, representing a 30% improvement over traditional processes. The continuous freeze-drying technology reduces the processing cycle to 6–8 hours, with a single line achieving a daily output of 13.2 metric tons — 36.7 times the capacity of conventional equipment.
  • Compared to imported systems such as Germany's GEA, which carry a delivery lead time of 3–4 years and a price tag of RMB 380–500 million, the Bolaike production line can be delivered within 1–1.5 years at a project cost of approximately RMB 180 million, offering a distinctly superior cost-performance ratio for deployment.

During mass production, the line's integrated advantages span three dimensions: cost efficiency, product quality, and energy sustainability.
In terms of output performance, the equipment yields 550 kg of freeze-dried powder per hour, compared to only 450 kg over a 24–30 hour cycle on conventional models. Energy consumption per kilogram is reduced from 11.1 kWh to 3.6 kWh; steam-based output per metric ton increases by 52% in tandem, with overall energy consumption reduced by 30%–40%. Leveraging an automation rate of over 85%, labor costs are reduced by 20%.
On product quality, the finished coffee fully preserves its floral and fruity acidity profiles, achieving a dissolution rate of 99% and meeting international SCA Specialty Coffee standards.
Regarding environmental compliance, process wastewater recycling reaches 70%, aligning with China's dual-carbon goals and green manufacturing requirements — making the line ideally suited for deep-processing projects in premium coffee-producing regions such as Yunnan.
