  • Jiangsu BOLAIKE Organizes Spring Outing and Team-Building Event: Combining Outdoor Barbecue and Team Games, Employees Relax and Recharge Amidst Nature

With spring in full bloom and nature coming back to life, Jiangsu BOLAIKE recently organized a spring outing for all employees to an ecological park on the outskirts of the city. The event, themed “Connecting with Nature, Relaxing Body and Mind,” was designed to help employees relieve work-related stress and strengthen team cohesion. The event featured outdoor barbecues, team-building games, and free exploration, allowing BOLAIKE employees—who are usually busy on the front lines of R&D, production, and sales—to temporarily set aside their work, enjoy the springtime amidst the green mountains and clear waters, and return to their posts with renewed energy.

Outdoor Barbecue: Building Friendships Through Collaboration

On the morning of the event, employees arrived at the barbecue area in the ecological park. Surrounded by green trees and the sounds of birds and the scent of flowers, everyone quickly divided up the tasks and worked together: some started the fire, some washed the ingredients, some prepared the sauces, and some took charge of grilling. Colleagues who usually work side by side in production lines and offices demonstrated a different kind of teamwork around the grill. As the charcoal fire blazed and the aroma of grilled skewers filled the air, everyone gathered to enjoy the fruits of their labor in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere.

The company’s administrative department had prepared a wide variety of ingredients in advance, including meats, vegetables, tofu products, and various seasonings to cater to different tastes. During the barbecue, employees spontaneously organized a “Best Skewer” contest, with representatives from each department scoring the entries on the spot, filling the air with constant laughter and cheer. This activity not only allowed everyone to enjoy delicious food but also brought them closer together through collaboration.

Team Games: Building Unity Through Competition

After the barbecue, the event moved on to the team games segment. On the lawn of the ecological park, employees formed mixed teams across departments and participated in fun activities such as a multi-team tug-of-war, the “Unity Drum,” and relay races. These games tested both physical strength and skill, but placed even greater emphasis on teamwork and strategic planning. During the competitions, team members worked together in unison and encouraged one another, while cheers rang out from the sidelines.

In the multi-team tug-of-war, a joint team formed by the R&D and Production departments emerged victorious by a narrow margin after three rounds of intense competition. The “Unity Drum” game required multiple team members to pull ropes together to control a ball bouncing on the drumhead, demanding a high level of rhythm and seamless coordination. The atmosphere was electric, and regardless of the outcome, everyone found joy and a sense of team belonging through the games.

Free Exploration: Slowing Down to Experience Nature

In the afternoon, the event transitioned to a free exploration period. Employees strolled along the forest paths of the ecological park in small groups, sat by the lake to fish, or took photos amidst the sea of flowers. Many noted that their daily work is fast-paced and stressful, leaving little opportunity to relax and connect with nature in this way. This event allowed everyone to truly slow down, providing effective relief for both body and mind.

After the event, a BOLAIKE representative stated: “Our employees are the company’s most valuable asset. We organized this spring outing so that everyone could step out of the office and connect with nature amidst their busy work schedules, relaxing and fostering communication in a casual atmosphere. Seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces made the event truly meaningful. In the future, the company will continue to organize diverse employee activities to cultivate a healthy, positive, and harmonious corporate culture.”

This spring outing not only allowed BOLAIKE employees to relieve stress and find joy through outdoor barbecues and team games, but also further strengthened the team’s cohesion and sense of belonging. Everyone expressed their commitment to approaching future work with renewed enthusiasm and contributing their best efforts to BOLAIKE’s growth.

  • The General Manager of Jiangsu BOLAIKE personally led a “Technology + Service” dual-core training program to empower the sales team and enhance their professional service capabilities.

To further enhance the sales team’s professional competence and service mindset, the General Manager of Jiangsu BoLaiKe recently personally conducted a special training session for all sales department staff under the theme “Empowered by Technology, Service for the Long Term.” During the training session, the General Manager provided a systematic overview of the core technical features of the company’s freeze-drying equipment, the products’ competitive advantages, and BOLAIKE's end-to-end service policies. This helped sales personnel gain a deeper understanding of the products while better communicating BOLAIKE's value proposition to customers. This training is a key component of the company’s annual talent development plan, aimed at building a high-caliber sales team that is “technically proficient, skilled in communication, and service-oriented.”

Technical Seminar: From Principles to Applications—A Comprehensive Look at Our Products’ Core Capabilities

At the start of the training session, the General Manager began by explaining the fundamental principles of freeze-drying technology. Drawing on BOLAIKE's years of technological innovation, he systematically outlined the company’s core strengths in equipment R&D. He focused on the integrated design of BOLAIKE's freeze-dryers across the three major modules—refrigeration, vacuum, and heating—noting that this compact system architecture reduces overall energy consumption by 25%–35% compared to traditional models, while significantly improving drying efficiency and operational stability.

Addressing technical details frequently raised by sales staff during client interactions, the General Manager provided clear and accessible explanations for each. For example, BoLaiKe’s equipment features a modular design that maximizes space utilization, allowing clients to flexibly plan installation locations based on existing workshop layouts and effectively reduce facility renovation costs. The patented double-layer radiation plate technology ensures uniform temperature distribution during the freeze-drying process, significantly improving drying efficiency and product consistency. In addition, he provided a detailed introduction to the company’s innovative applications of graphene heating technology, direct water-trapping cold trap structures, and silicone oil circulation temperature control systems. These technologies represent breakthroughs in high-precision temperature control, efficient water trapping, and rapid pre-freezing, respectively, collectively forming the core competitiveness of BoLaiKe’s freeze-drying equipment.

To help sales colleagues better understand the equipment’s performance advantages, the General Manager cited recent test data from the National Food Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center: BoLaiKe’s 1-square-meter silicone oil-plate freeze dryer can dry 20 kilograms of carrots in just 11.52 hours, with a power consumption of 2.89 kWh per kilogram and a carotene retention rate as high as 57.81%. He instructed sales personnel to rely on objective data and present facts when introducing products to clients, thereby enhancing customer trust.

Service Policy: Building a Full-Cycle Customer Experience from Pre-Sales to After-Sales

Following the technical presentation, the General Manager elaborated on BoLaiKe’s end-to-end service policy. He emphasized that superior equipment must be complemented by professional service to truly create value for customers. Boleke has established a service system covering the entire lifecycle—from pre-sales to after-sales: During the pre-sales phase, the company provides customers with material freeze-drying process testing, equipment selection, and workshop layout recommendations; during the sales phase, it ensures on-time delivery, proper installation and commissioning, and provides comprehensive training for customer operators; and during the after-sales phase, it has established a rapid response mechanism to offer remote technical support, regular follow-ups, and spare parts supply.

The General Manager specifically noted that, for overseas clients, BOLAIKE has accumulated extensive experience in cross-border service delivery and is capable of providing multilingual technical documentation, video tutorials, and on-site service support. Additionally, the company offers exclusive benefits to universities and research institutions nationwide—clients can have freeze-drying experiments conducted free of charge simply by sending material samples, helping users lower the barrier to entry and quickly verify equipment performance.

During the training session, the General Manager also organized a Q&A session. Sales colleagues sought on-site guidance regarding customer inquiries encountered in their daily work, such as selecting freeze-drying process curves for different materials, practical methods for calculating equipment energy consumption, and details of service guarantees in contract terms. The General Manager addressed each question individually and provided analysis based on real-world case studies, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of learning.

Empowering the Team: Building Trust Through Expertise, Creating Value Through Service

Following the training, the head of the sales department noted that the session was substantive and highly targeted, deepening the team's understanding of the core technical aspects of the products while clarifying service standards and key communication points. Moving forward, the sales team will integrate the “technology + service” dual-core philosophy into every aspect of client communication, striving to become trusted advisors for freeze-drying solutions.

In his concluding remarks, the General Manager of BOLAIKE stated: “Sales representatives are not merely product deliverers; they are interpreters of technical value and builders of customer trust. We hope every salesperson can become a semi-expert in the field of freeze-drying, earning respect through professionalism and creating value through service.” Moving forward, the company will continue to conduct a series of specialized training programs to continuously enhance the sales team's overall competence, providing a solid talent foundation for BOLAIKE's ongoing expansion in the global market.

  • Jiangsu BOLAIKE Organizes a Rock Climbing Team-Building Event for Employees: Connecting with Nature to Build Physical Strength, Uniting Hearts and Minds to Move Forward

To enrich employees’ cultural and recreational lives, relieve work-related stress, and strengthen team cohesion, Jiangsu BOLAIKE recently organized a team-building rock climbing event for all employees at an outdoor climbing center under the theme “Connecting with Nature, Challenging Ourselves.” This event allowed BOLAIKE employees—who are typically busy on the front lines of R&D, production, sales, and service—to temporarily set aside their work, immerse themselves in the lush green mountains and clear waters, work up a sweat on the rock walls, and deepen their bonds through collaboration, all while preparing to face the challenges of the new year with renewed vigor.

Stepping Out of the Workshop to Embrace Nature
On the day of the event, the spring sunshine was bright and the air was fresh. BOLAIKE employees gathered early in the morning and set off by bus for a natural rock climbing site on the outskirts of the city. Along the way, they passed lush green mountains and babbling streams. Stepping away from the busy production lines and office areas, everyone felt the long-missed outdoors and enjoyed a particularly relaxed mood.
Upon arrival, a professional instructor first briefed everyone on basic rock climbing techniques, safety precautions, and how to use the equipment. From the correct way to wear a harness to the essentials of gripping holds, and from controlling body balance to protective positions in case of a fall, the instructor explained everything in meticulous detail. The employees listened attentively and asked questions enthusiastically. For many, this was their first time trying rock climbing, and they felt both nervous and excited.

Challenging Ourselves on the Climbing Wall
After the warm-up exercises, the team-building event officially moved on to the rock climbing segment. The climbing area featured routes of varying difficulty levels, ranging from gentle slopes suitable for beginners to challenging vertical walls that tested both physical strength and technical skill. Employees chose their own goals based on their individual abilities and bravely scaled the walls while prioritizing safety.
Rock climbing is not only a test of physical fitness but also a trial of willpower and mental resilience. Facing rock walls that seemed insurmountable, some reached the summit on their first attempt, while others slipped midway and had to try again and again. But regardless of the outcome, every employee demonstrated a spirit of perseverance throughout the climb. Below the wall, the cheers and encouragement from colleagues rang out continuously, and whenever someone successfully reached the top, the scene erupted in enthusiastic applause and cheers.
A colleague responsible for equipment assembly remarked after successfully reaching the summit that rock climbing shares similarities with his daily work—when facing seemingly difficult tasks, as long as you find the right footholds, maintain a steady rhythm, and keep moving upward, you will always reach your goal. This spirit of “climbing upward and never giving up” is precisely the driving force behind BoLaiKe’s continuous breakthroughs in freeze-drying equipment R&D and market expansion over the years.

    Teamwork and Unity
In addition to individual challenges, the event featured team relay climbing and partner climbing events. In the team relay, departments formed teams to complete designated routes in sequence, with the team finishing in the shortest total time declared the winner. This not only tested individual climbing skills but also required strategic planning and mutual encouragement within the team. The partner climbing challenge required two employees to share a single safety rope, climbing in sync and belaying each other, placing higher demands on mutual trust and coordination.
Through these team activities, colleagues who typically work in different roles deepened their understanding of one another, and cross-departmental communication and collaboration became smoother. Sales and production staff supported each other on the climbing wall, while R&D and after-sales service colleagues shared experiences during breaks, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere.

Relaxing the Mind and Body, Recharging Energy
The rock climbing activity lasted the entire morning. At lunchtime, everyone spread out picnic blankets on the lawn next to the venue to enjoy a light meal prepared by the company. With the sun shining gently and a light breeze blowing, employees sat in small groups, chatting about amusing incidents and their experiences during the climb, with laughter filling the air. One employee remarked that with the fast pace and high pressure of daily work, there are rarely opportunities to relax and connect with nature like this. This event allowed everyone to completely clear their minds, leaving them feeling much more at ease.
In the afternoon, the event moved into a free-play session. Some employees continued to challenge themselves on more difficult climbing routes, while others chose to hike in the mountains, take photos, or try activities like rappelling under the guidance of instructors. Everyone found their own way to unwind.

    People-Centric, Moving Forward Together
After the event, a representative from BOLAIKE stated: “The physical and mental well-being of our employees is the foundation of the company’s sustainable development. We organized this rock climbing team-building event so that everyone could step outdoors and connect with nature amidst their busy work schedules, exercising their bodies while also relaxing their minds. We were deeply heartened to see everyone bravely scaling the rock face and supporting one another as a team. This positive and uplifting spirit is precisely the driving force behind BOLAIKE's continuous progress.”

This rock climbing team-building event not only allowed employees to relieve stress and challenge themselves in nature but also further strengthened the team’s cohesion and unity. Everyone expressed their commitment to approaching future work with renewed enthusiasm and a healthier state of mind and body, contributing their best to BOLAIKE's development.

Moving forward, Jiangsu BOLAIKE will continue to uphold its “people-oriented” management philosophy, regularly organizing diverse employee activities to foster a positive, healthy, and harmonious corporate culture. We aim to ensure that every employee can experience growth and joy within the BOLAIKE family, working hand in hand with the company to scale new heights.
