To further enhance the sales team’s professional competence and service mindset, the General Manager of Jiangsu BoLaiKe recently personally conducted a special training session for all sales department staff under the theme “Empowered by Technology, Service for the Long Term.” During the training session, the General Manager provided a systematic overview of the core technical features of the company’s freeze-drying equipment, the products’ competitive advantages, and BOLAIKE's end-to-end service policies. This helped sales personnel gain a deeper understanding of the products while better communicating BOLAIKE's value proposition to customers. This training is a key component of the company’s annual talent development plan, aimed at building a high-caliber sales team that is “technically proficient, skilled in communication, and service-oriented.”
Technical Seminar: From Principles to Applications—A Comprehensive Look at Our Products’ Core Capabilities
At the start of the training session, the General Manager began by explaining the fundamental principles of freeze-drying technology. Drawing on BOLAIKE's years of technological innovation, he systematically outlined the company’s core strengths in equipment R&D. He focused on the integrated design of BOLAIKE's freeze-dryers across the three major modules—refrigeration, vacuum, and heating—noting that this compact system architecture reduces overall energy consumption by 25%–35% compared to traditional models, while significantly improving drying efficiency and operational stability.
Addressing technical details frequently raised by sales staff during client interactions, the General Manager provided clear and accessible explanations for each. For example, BoLaiKe’s equipment features a modular design that maximizes space utilization, allowing clients to flexibly plan installation locations based on existing workshop layouts and effectively reduce facility renovation costs. The patented double-layer radiation plate technology ensures uniform temperature distribution during the freeze-drying process, significantly improving drying efficiency and product consistency. In addition, he provided a detailed introduction to the company’s innovative applications of graphene heating technology, direct water-trapping cold trap structures, and silicone oil circulation temperature control systems. These technologies represent breakthroughs in high-precision temperature control, efficient water trapping, and rapid pre-freezing, respectively, collectively forming the core competitiveness of BoLaiKe’s freeze-drying equipment.
To help sales colleagues better understand the equipment’s performance advantages, the General Manager cited recent test data from the National Food Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center: BoLaiKe’s 1-square-meter silicone oil-plate freeze dryer can dry 20 kilograms of carrots in just 11.52 hours, with a power consumption of 2.89 kWh per kilogram and a carotene retention rate as high as 57.81%. He instructed sales personnel to rely on objective data and present facts when introducing products to clients, thereby enhancing customer trust.
Service Policy: Building a Full-Cycle Customer Experience from Pre-Sales to After-Sales
Following the technical presentation, the General Manager elaborated on BoLaiKe’s end-to-end service policy. He emphasized that superior equipment must be complemented by professional service to truly create value for customers. Boleke has established a service system covering the entire lifecycle—from pre-sales to after-sales: During the pre-sales phase, the company provides customers with material freeze-drying process testing, equipment selection, and workshop layout recommendations; during the sales phase, it ensures on-time delivery, proper installation and commissioning, and provides comprehensive training for customer operators; and during the after-sales phase, it has established a rapid response mechanism to offer remote technical support, regular follow-ups, and spare parts supply.
The General Manager specifically noted that, for overseas clients, BOLAIKE has accumulated extensive experience in cross-border service delivery and is capable of providing multilingual technical documentation, video tutorials, and on-site service support. Additionally, the company offers exclusive benefits to universities and research institutions nationwide—clients can have freeze-drying experiments conducted free of charge simply by sending material samples, helping users lower the barrier to entry and quickly verify equipment performance.
During the training session, the General Manager also organized a Q&A session. Sales colleagues sought on-site guidance regarding customer inquiries encountered in their daily work, such as selecting freeze-drying process curves for different materials, practical methods for calculating equipment energy consumption, and details of service guarantees in contract terms. The General Manager addressed each question individually and provided analysis based on real-world case studies, fostering a vibrant atmosphere of learning.
Empowering the Team: Building Trust Through Expertise, Creating Value Through Service
Following the training, the head of the sales department noted that the session was substantive and highly targeted, deepening the team's understanding of the core technical aspects of the products while clarifying service standards and key communication points. Moving forward, the sales team will integrate the “technology + service” dual-core philosophy into every aspect of client communication, striving to become trusted advisors for freeze-drying solutions.
In his concluding remarks, the General Manager of BOLAIKE stated: “Sales representatives are not merely product deliverers; they are interpreters of technical value and builders of customer trust. We hope every salesperson can become a semi-expert in the field of freeze-drying, earning respect through professionalism and creating value through service.” Moving forward, the company will continue to conduct a series of specialized training programs to continuously enhance the sales team's overall competence, providing a solid talent foundation for BOLAIKE's ongoing expansion in the global market.
