Recently, a province-wide supply-demand matching event for industrial-financial cooperation in the large-scale equipment upgrade of new food clusters was grandly held in Xinghua City. The event was organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and hosted by the Xinghua Municipal People’s Government and the Taizhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Mr. Li Suobin, Chairman of Jiangsu BOLAIKE Frozen Technology Development Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the event. As one of only two representatives from equipment manufacturing enterprises in the province, he unveiled BOLAIKE’s latest technological achievements and equipment products in the field of food freeze-drying. He also participated in multi-party exchanges involving government, enterprises, and financial institutions, contributing the “BOLAIKE Solution” to advance the province’s food industry toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
This event focused on the development of Jiangsu Province’s “1650” industrial system, aiming to encourage and guide food production enterprises to accelerate the pace of equipment upgrades and renovations, thereby promoting the high-quality development of new food clusters through large-scale equipment upgrades to enhance quality and efficiency. More than 90 food production enterprises and equipment manufacturers from across the province, along with eight financial institutions, engaged in on-site networking and exchanges. They held in-depth discussions regarding equipment upgrade needs, financing requirements, and technology supply, with several companies signing letters of intent for cooperation on the spot.
During the event, relevant departments of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology provided authoritative interpretations of a comprehensive package of support policies, including large-scale equipment upgrades and loan interest subsidies, and officially released the equipment supply list, equipment demand list, and financing demand list for the new food cluster. During the highly anticipated equipment manufacturer presentation session, Mr. Li Suobin, Chairman of Jiangsu BOLAIKE, took the stage on behalf of the company to systematically showcase BOLAIKE’s latest technological achievements and core products in the field of food freeze-drying. As the leading enterprise in China’s food freeze-drying equipment sector with the highest number of patents, BOLAIKE garnered widespread attention from food manufacturers and financial institutions present at the event thanks to its deep technical expertise, robust R&D capabilities, and extensive industrialization experience.
In his remarks, Chairman Li Suobin noted that the global food industry is currently accelerating its transition toward deep processing and intelligent production, and there is a growing market demand for large-scale freeze-drying equipment that is highly efficient, stable, and intelligent. As a major food-producing province in China, Jiangsu has a particularly urgent need for advanced freeze-drying equipment among its food manufacturers. BOLAIKE has consistently prioritized technological innovation. Through integrated design, the company has systematically optimized the three core modules—refrigeration, vacuum, and heating—successfully reducing the equipment’s overall energy consumption by 25% to 35% compared to traditional models while increasing drying efficiency by 20% to 50%. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system that supports real-time monitoring of the freeze-drying process and one-click data export, comprehensively enhancing the digital management of both research and production. He stated that BOLAIKE will fully leverage its technological leadership and role as an industry benchmark to actively participate in Jiangsu Province’s large-scale equipment upgrade initiative. The company will provide high-performance, highly reliable freeze-drying equipment and end-to-end technical support to food manufacturers within the province, helping the Jiangsu food industry accelerate its drive toward innovation and transition toward intelligent manufacturing.
During the subsequent cooperation discussion session, Chairman Li Suobin engaged in in-depth, face-to-face exchanges with representatives from several key provincial food manufacturers and financial institutions, creating a lively atmosphere. Multiple food manufacturers expressed strong interest in collaborating on the freeze-drying equipment showcased by BOLAIKE, and preliminary discussions were held regarding equipment selection, technical specifications, and financing solutions.
Participating in this province-wide supply-demand matching event for large-scale equipment upgrades in the new food cluster has further enhanced Jiangsu BOLAIKE’s influence and standing within the provincial food equipment sector. It demonstrates the company’s commitment to actively responding to provincial industrial policies and empowering the high-quality development of the food industry through technological innovation. Moving forward, BOLAIKE will continue to uphold the philosophy of “Technology-Led, Service-Driven.” Leveraging its robust portfolio of patents and extensive industrialization experience, the company will provide customized, one-stop freeze-drying technology solutions to food processing enterprises in Jiangsu Province and across the nation, helping the Chinese food industry continue to climb the global value chain.
