Recently, Jiangsu BOLAIKE completed a freeze-drying process experiment on silica gel particles at the request of a customer, with favorable freeze-drying results. Before freeze-drying, the surface and interior of the silica gel particles contained moisture and had a sticky texture, causing them to adhere to hands and containers even with light contact. After being processed using BOLAIKE’s laboratory freeze-drying equipment, the silica gel particles became dry and lightweight, with the moisture substantially removed. The particles showed reduced adhesion while retaining their original structural form, and the finished product could slide naturally from the material tray.
