Jiangsu BOLAIKE Makes Key Progress on Automated Freeze-Dried Coffee Production Line for Russian Coffee Enterprise

Recently, Jiangsu BOLAIKE made significant progress on an automated freeze-dried coffee production line designed and manufactured for a major coffee enterprise in Russia. The core chamber of the production line has completed surface painting. With a length of 30 meters and a diameter of 3 meters, the chamber is constructed with 14 mm thick stainless steel and designed for large-scale continuous production. The internal guide rails have been installed, and the movable material carts have been positioned.

Continuous Production Design for High-Efficiency Processing

According to the project designer, after the production line is officially put into operation, it will achieve continuous processing. Every few minutes, material trays will exit from the end of the chamber, while new materials will enter from the other end, creating a continuous production cycle. The complete production line is designed with a daily output of 13 tons and an annual production capacity of up to 3,900 tons.
