INTELLIGENT DESIGN FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION
PARALLEL SYSTEM DESIGN
This system operates with multiple freeze dryers connected in parallel, and production is organized through staggered feeding and unloading cycles. When a
single unit enters the final drying stage and is ready for cold trap defrosting, other freeze dryers still in operation jointly undertake water vapor capture and maintain system stability. This provides a stable and safe defrosting window for the unit, effectively shortening defrosting time and preventing interruptions to the overall freeze-drying process.
SHARED VACUUM TECHNOLOGY
The Partitioned bulkhead with valve is used to separate the drying chamber and the cold trap of the freeze dryer. It enables precise control of water vapor flow direction and vacuum status under operating conditions such as freeze-drying operation and cold trap defrosting, preventing water vapor backflow and ensuring product quality as well as system operational safety.

Traditional designs use cold energy once then discharge it, keeping compressors in a continuous high-load state. BOLAIKE recycles cold energy from refrigeration system to pre-cool the next refrigeration system, reducing 20%-30% overall compressor load for energy-saving.
Heat recovery

In freeze-drying, excess heat from the sublimation/heating phase is typically discharged. BOLAIKE recycles this heat (or steam heat) for material drying, reducing energy consumption.(Patent Nos.:CN209030727U & CN204392676U) When material heating temperature is≤35°C:99% energy consumption saved;
