In freeze-drying, excess heat from the sublimation/heating phase is typically discharged. Bolaike recycles this heat (or steam heat) for material drying, reducing energy consumption.(Patent Nos.:CN209030727U & CN204392676U) When material heating temperature is≤35°C: 99% energy consumption saved;
When the required heating temperature of materials is below 80°C, ~10% of energy consumption can be saved (waste heat-enhanced large-scale vacuum freeze-drying system.
