Despite its small size, it delivers exceptional performance: shelf temperatures range from -40°C to +80°C, while the cold trap reaches temperatures of -45°C or -80°C. This unit strictly adheres to GMP design standards; all product-contact surfaces are constructed from 316 stainless steel with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 µm, and all silicone sealing materials meet FDA requirements.
Its core value lies in its ability to utilize ultra-low-temperature freezing to generate minute, uniform ice crystals, thereby preserving the structural integrity of complex systems such as liposomes, nanoparticles, and cellular carriers.
