Adopting a square, integrated structural design, the unit utilizes silicone oil-based electric heating and achieves an ultimate vacuum level of <10 Pa. As a pre-pilot-scale system compliant with GMP principles, it employs sanitary quick-clamp connections to eliminate the maintenance challenges associated with hard-to-clean threaded joints.
This model is equipped with a high-capacity cold trap capable of maintaining a stable vacuum environment—even under process conditions involving low vacuum levels and heavy loads—thereby effectively preventing moisture back-streaming.
